Ratchet A-clamp

A one-hand spring clamp with a ratchet hold, for holding panels, edging and joints while glue sets. Body in glass-fibre reinforced nylon. Standard colours blue and green; other colours to order.

Construction

Glass-fibre reinforced nylon body – stiffer and more UV-stable than plain nylon
Internal rib reinforcement – the open web pattern adds rigidity without weight
Swivel jaw pads – self-align on angled or uneven workpieces
Steel spring – holds the jaws closed for one-hand use

Blue and green are standard. Other colours are available to order as part of an OEM programme.

Custom body colour – any colour to your specification
Laser marking – permanent, no ink, suits the dark nylon body
Screen printing – lower unit cost at high volumes

Send a drawing or a sample and we will confirm before production. Customer colours and packaging artwork are not shown in public and are not offered to other buyers.

Minimum order and lead time

MOQ: 20 cartons per size. Because carton quantities differ by size, the piece count per order varies — 20 cartons is 4,000 pieces of the 4″ clamp and 360 pieces of the 36″ clamp. Mixed sizes are accepted; tell us your size split and we will confirm.

Lead time is confirmed with the quotation, as it depends on order volume and on whether the order includes custom colour or marking.

Smaller trial orders can be discussed for a first shipment.
