When you send an inquiry through the form on this website, we receive the information you enter: your name, company name, email address, country, the product and size you are interested in, the quantity, your colour and marking requirements, the destination port, and the message you write.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not build profiles of visitors. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

We use the information only to answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation, and discuss an order. Under the GDPR our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing emails unless you separately ask us to.

Who sees it

Your message reaches our sales mailbox, which is hosted by our email provider. Our hosting provider processes the website on our behalf. Apart from these service providers, we do not pass your information to third parties unless we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after 24 months. If an order follows, we keep the correspondence for as long as accounting and product-liability rules require, which is normally ten years.
